Naples Comprehensive Health is seeking an experienced nursing leader to oversee our Cardiovascular ICU and Neurovascular ICU programs. This is an opportunity to lead highly specialized teams caring for some of the most critically ill patients in Southwest Florida while partnering with executive leadership and physicians to drive growth, innovation, quality outcomes and program development. You will lead:
Cardiovascular ICU
- Post-open heart surgery patients
- Advanced heart failure patients
- ECMO and mechanical circulatory support populations
- Complex cardiovascular interventions
Neurovascular ICU
- Acute stroke patients
- Neurocritical care populations
- Continuous EEG monitoring
- Advanced neurological monitoring and interventions
If you're looking for a role where your voice matters, your ideas influence strategy and your leadership directly impact patient outcomes, we'd like to talk with you. To be considered, we require:
- Florida RN or APRN license.
- Minimum of 18 months in CVICU or immediate post-open-heart care.
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or another healthcare-related degree is required, with a master's degree often preferred in nursing leadership.
- Current BLS and ACLS from the American Heart Association.
