Exciting Director Level Leadership Opportunity in Critical Care (ICU) - Great Southern California location!
RN Director of ICU - permanent full-time
Compensation range is $160K to $200K, with relocation consideration.
About Us
Our prestigious and award-winning health system client is seeking a quality-focused Director for Critical Care/ICU patient care units. The candidate will be responsible for the strategic oversight of all critical care services.

- 100 plus EEs, including Clinical Supervisors, RNs, Patient Care Techs, Clinical Educator

Requirements
BSN, RN, CA licensed, Master's preferred
5 plus years of Acute Care hospital critical care/ICU clinical experience and 3 plus ICU leadership experience
